Create Agent

Create your first agent to select how you want your agent to answer your customers by giving it basic information about itself and the your company.
Provide basic information about your agent by adding:

Select Agent Type

Different agent types handle calls differently.

Name Your Agent

This is the name the agent will introduce themselves with when needed.

Choose Language

The AI agent will answer and listen to.

Select Dialect

The AI agent will be talking in.

Pick Voice

You can listen to the voice when generating an introduction sentence.

Service/Product Description

Add information about the product or service, this will be the bases of most questions about your product/service.

Call Script

Add here how the AI should flow through the call. You can add square brackets before each example sentence to add instructions about when to use that sentence. Make sure you test your calls to make sure the AI flows how you expect it to.

Introduction Sentence

Here you can generate your first sentence when you need to, this will be said right after the caller says their first response. You can listen to each sentence separately and add multiple ones to be selected randomly for each call.
Make sure you test your calls well before you add the agent to a live campaign.
Make sure you have already set up your PBX installation and added at least one extension before you can test your calls.

Create Customers

To start adding customers to call you first need to create a customer list, then add customers to this list.
You can use the API to add customers to a customer list that is connected to an active campaign to make calls dynamically.

Add Customer Individually

After you’ve created your list you can then start adding your customers one by one. The only required filed is the phone number, however adding more fields to your customer can help the AI during a call. Especially the gender if the AI is talking in a gender specific language.

Upload Customers

To add multiple customers all at once, first you need to download the template and update all your customer information to that list. Then you will need to upload your sheet to be added to your customer list.

Connect your PBX

To connect your PBX make sure you follow these instructions to add and connect you SIP Trunk with Olimi AI. If you need further assistant you can book a free introductory call with our technical team.

Create Campaign

You are then finally ready to make a campaign, To add a campaign you need to need to:

Campaign Name

Add a friendly name to your campaign.

Select Customer List

Select your customer list.

Select Agent

Select your agent

Daily Limit

Set the maximum minutes that will be consumed each day from this campaign. Setting this to 0 will cause it to be unlimited, ,meaning it will only stop until all customers have been completed.
These are the working hours and days that the AI will work from and to. You can select “Sunday-Saturday” to have it work 7 days a week and select 00:00 to 24:00 to have it work 24/7.
Finally select how many times the AI should retry calling a customer if their number is busy or unanswered. Setting this Option to 0 will cause it only to call a customer once, and not be called again regardless of the attempted outcome status of the call (answered, busy etc.)
